Upstairs on the western side of the restaurant, you’ll find a small terrace where you can look out over the landscape from Mont-Blanc to Simplon, an unparalleled view over the Valais Alps and magnificent Plaine-Morte glacier. As it is relatively flat, this glacier attracts many hikers. From the restaurant, you can sit back and watch as people roam the glacier from north to south and west to east.
